Shipping is provided free to orders of $99.98 and above and ships FedEx Ground or FedEx Smartpost to the Continental United States.
* Purchases made between Nov. 15, 2024 and Dec. 31, 2024 qualify for free shipping and returns for all orders with destination to Continental USA. All orders with destination to Alaska under $199.98 pay a flat rate of $99.95. All orders with destination to Hawaii pay a flat rate of $39.95
UNITED STATES SHIPPING
- Fieldsheer.com is not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise that is delivered without a signature required.
- All packages shipped within the USA are shipped via FedEx Ground or FedEx Smartpost Service, unless otherwise specified by customer.
- We offer 3-Day, 2-Day and FedEx Standard Ground service at an additional cost.
- Mobile Cooling products: Orders under $29.98 pay a flat rate of $5.99*.
- Mobile Warming products: Orders under $49.98 pay a flat rate of $5.99 and under $98.99 pay a flat rate of $9.99*.
- * All orders with destination to Alaska under $199.98 pay a flat rate of $99.95. All orders with destination to Hawaii pay a flat rate of $39.95.
- Orders requesting 3-Day, 2-Day or FedEx Standard Ground must be submitted by 2pm CST.
- Shipping Rates are based on item weight and physical dimensions.
- FedEx Ground shipments can take 1-7 business days depending on your location.
- All outgoing Mobile Warming orders are shipped from Indianapolis, IN. All outgoing Mobile Cooling orders are shipped from Pomona, California.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- Fieldsheer.com offers limited international shipping. If international shipping is offered to your location, you will see shipping estimates in the checkout process.
ONLINE ORDERS
- Online Orders are accepted 24 hours a day.
- Online Orders are processed during normal business hours (M-F, 8-5pm EST).
- Internet Orders do not guarantee item(s) are in stock.
- Orders are shipped after stock is checked and credit card is verified and processed.
- Orders requesting 3-Day, 2-Day or Next Day Air must be placed by 12:00 pm EST.
- Only Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover are accepted for online orders.
- If you need to change your Internet Order after you have already processed it, you will need to email us.
- Orders can not be changed after the same business day order was placed.
- If you have any problems processing your internet order you can email us via contact form.
- You will receive an e-mail confirmation confirming your order has been sent to us. This confirmation does not confirm that the item(s) are in stock, your order has been processed and shipped or that your credit card has been billed.
BACK ORDERS
- Orders placed with items out of stock, may be cancelled for a full refund.
- We will ship back-orders upon arrival into stock if the item is scheduled to be back in stock that season. Not all items out of stock will be restocked.
- The back-order will be cancelled after 30 days if we do not receive the product in stock.
