We strive to exceed our customer’s expectations. Shipping is provided free for orders of $99.00 and above and ships USPS Priority Mail to the Continental United States.

  • Our shipping standard is that if an order is received by noon CST it will ship the same day. If an order is received after noon CST it will ship the next day.
  • Destination times vary depending on weather, distance and accessibility to your city. Most items will be received in 3-7 days.
  • Fieldsheer.com is not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise that is delivered without a signature required.
  • All packages shipped within the USA are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, unless otherwise specified by customer.
  • We offer 3-Day, 2-Day and Standard Overnight service at an additional cost.
  • We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, only residential or business addresses.
  • Shipping Rates are based on item weight and physical dimensions.
  • All outgoing orders are shipped from Indianapolis, Indiana.
  • You will receive an email confirming your purchase has shipped, and giving you freight carrier information, tracking number and instructions.
  • Upon arrival, please inspect for damage and incorrect quantity before signing. Any damage to contents should be noted on the bill of lading for claim against carrier. Failure to properly inspect your shipment before signing off, limits our liability as well as the freight carrier.

REFUSAL OF DELIVERY

  • If an order is refused, the customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs incurred, both directions.

  • If a package is returned or additional fees are incurred due to an incorrect shipping address or phone number, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred.

PHONE ORDERS

  • Orders may be placed by telephone at (888) 908-6024 (M-F, 9-5pm CST).
  • When phone orders are placed, stock is checked to guarantee the item is available and the order is processed immediately.
  • Orders placed by 12:00pm CST are guaranteed to be shipped out the same business day pending credit card verification/approval and stock availability.
  • Orders requesting 3-Day, 2-Day or Next Day Air must be placed by 12:00pm CST.
  • Orders cannot be changed after the same business day order was placed.
  • Only Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover is accepted for phone orders.

INTERNET ORDERS

  • Internet Orders are accepted 24 hours a day.
  • Internet Orders are processed during normal business hours (M-F, 8-5pm PST).
  • Internet Orders do not guarantee item(s) are in stock.
  • Orders are shipped after stock is checked and credit card is verified and processed.
  • Orders requesting 3-Day, 2-Day or Next Day Air must be placed by 12:00pm CST.
  • Only Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Paypal are accepted for internet orders.
  • If you need to change your Internet Order after you have already processed it, you will need to call us direct at (888) 908-6024.
  • Orders cannot be changed after the same business day order was placed.
  • If you have any problems processing your internet order you can call us at (888) 908-6024 to place your order by phone.
  • You will receive an e-mail confirmation confirming your order has been sent to us. This confirmation does not confirm that the item(s) are in stock, your order has been processed and shipped or that your credit card has been billed.

BACK ORDERS

  • If a product is not in stock, we will keep the or open on back-order upon customer request.
  • We will ship back-orders upon arrival into stock within 30 days of the invoice date.
  • The back-order will be cancelled after 30 days if we do not receive the product in stock.
