Our technology integrates lightweight, flexible heating elements directly into each garment, delivering consistent warmth without restricting movement or adding unnecessary bulk.

Every product is designed with strategically positioned heating zones based on how the garment is worn and where warmth matters most. From jackets and vests to gloves, socks, and baselayers, each heating system is tailored to the product and its intended use.

With multiple adjustable heat settings, you can quickly respond to changing temperatures, activity levels, and weather conditions. Turn the heat up when the temperature drops, reduce it as you become more active, or turn it off when you no longer need it. Mobile Warming puts personalized comfort directly in your control.

WEATHER PROTECTION

Weather Protection: Built for Changing Conditions

Warmth is only part of staying comfortable outdoors. Mobile Warming® garments combine active heating technology with weather-protective materials designed for the conditions in which each product will be used.

From water-resistant exterior treatments that help shed light rain and snow to waterproof membranes, protective liners, and taped-seam construction, every level of protection serves a purpose. These technologies help keep moisture from reaching the layers beneath while maintaining the comfort and mobility needed for work, recreation, and everyday life.

Because no two environments are the same, we match each garment’s level of weather protection to its intended activity. This gives you lightweight versatility when conditions are mild and more complete protection when the weather becomes demanding.

Level 1: Water-Resistant Exterior

Water-resistant fabrics and exterior treatments help moisture bead up and roll away from the garment’s surface. This lightweight level of protection is ideal for everyday wear, light precipitation, passing snow, and changing outdoor conditions.

Level 2: Breathable Waterproof Barriers

Select Mobile Warming products use integrated waterproof liners or breathable membranes to create a protective barrier between the exterior fabric and the wearer. These internal layers help block outside moisture while allowing heat and perspiration to escape.

Level 3: Complete Weather Protection

Our most protective outerwear combines waterproof materials or membranes with taped-seam construction. Taping covers the small openings created when garment panels are stitched together, helping prevent water from passing through these vulnerable areas.

INSULATION

Insulation: Active Heat. Lasting Warmth.

Mobile Warming® technology actively generates heat, while carefully selected insulation helps hold that warmth close to the body. Together, they create a more efficient system for staying comfortable in cold conditions without relying on heavy, restrictive layers.

Different environments require different types and levels of insulation. That is why we use purpose-selected PrimaLoft® synthetic insulation and responsibly sourced duck down across our outerwear collection. Each material is chosen to balance warmth, weight, mobility, weather performance, and the garment’s intended use.

From low-profile insulation designed for active movement to lofty down built for uncompromising warmth, every layer works alongside our integrated heating system to help make the most of every degree. protection to its intended activity. This gives you lightweight versatility when conditions are mild and more complete protection when the weather becomes demanding.

FABRIC TECHNOLOGY

Responsibly Sourced Duck Down

Select Mobile Warming® outerwear uses Responsible Down Standard certified duck down to deliver exceptional warmth with remarkably little weight. Thousands of soft down clusters create insulating pockets of air that help retain natural body heat and the warmth generated by the garment’s integrated heating elements.

The Responsible Down Standard supports greater transparency throughout the supply chain and establishes animal-welfare requirements, including prohibitions against live-plucking and force-feeding.

Lightweight, lofty, and compressible, duck down is an ideal choice for garments designed to provide powerful warmth in cold environments.

DOWN-LIKE SYNTHETIC INSULATION

PrimaLoft® ThermoPlume®

PrimaLoft® ThermoPlume® combines the lofty appearance, softness, and compressibility of natural down with the dependable performance of advanced synthetic insulation.

Its small, silky fiber plumes form insulating clusters that fill quilted channels much like down, creating lightweight warmth with a soft, elevated feel. Unlike untreated natural down, ThermoPlume is engineered to provide more reliable performance in damp and changing conditions.

PREMIUM SYNTHETIC INSULATION

PrimaLoft® Gold Insulation

PrimaLoft® Gold Insulation provides high-performance warmth in a lightweight, low-bulk construction. Its ultra-fine synthetic fibers create insulating air pockets that help retain heat while allowing the garment to remain soft, flexible, and comfortable during movement.

Engineered to perform in changing conditions, PrimaLoft Gold maintains dependable insulating performance when moisture is present. This makes it well suited for heated garments designed for active use, unpredictable weather, and extended time outdoors.

LOW-PROFILE SYNTHETIC INSULATION

3M™ Thinsulate™ Insulation

3M™ Thinsulate™ Insulation uses extremely fine synthetic fibers to trap insulating air while allowing moisture to escape. Its efficient, low-profile construction delivers dependable warmth without adding unnecessary weight or bulk.

Lightweight, breathable, and moisture resistant, Thinsulate is particularly well suited for gloves, accessories, and performance garments where warmth must be balanced with flexibility, dexterity, and freedom of movement.

SAFETY

Safety: Designed to Help You Be Seen and Found

From active jobsites and roadside work to nighttime travel and mountain environments, different conditions require different forms of visibility and preparedness.

Select Mobile Warming® products combine active heating with certified high-visibility construction, Phoslite® retroreflective materials, and integrated RECCO® reflectors. Each technology serves a distinct purpose, helping workers, riders, and outdoor users remain more visible or searchable in the environments where they operate.

CERTIFIED HIGH-VISIBILITY WORKWEAR

Visibility Standards for Demanding Jobsites

Select Mobile Warming® heated workwear is designed to meet recognized ANSI/ISEA and CSA high-visibility standards for workers exposed to traffic, moving equipment, low-light conditions, and other visibility hazards.

Fluorescent background material creates strong daytime contrast, while strategically arranged retroreflective striping returns light toward its source in darkness and low-light conditions. The placement and coverage of these materials are engineered as part of the complete garment to meet applicable visibility classifications.

Combined with integrated heating technology, weather-protective construction, and jobsite-ready features, our certified high-visibility workwear helps workers remain warm, visible, and equipped through cold, demanding shifts.

LOW-LIGHT VISIBILITY

Phoslite® Reflective Technology

Select Mobile Warming® outerwear uses Phoslite® technology uses millions of reflective lenses bonded directly to the fabric to help make the wearer more visible at night and in low-light conditions.

When illuminated by headlights or another direct light source, the retroreflective surface redirects light toward its source, creating a bright, noticeable reflection. Phoslite can be incorporated into individual garment panels or applied across larger areas to provide visibility without relying solely on small reflective accents.

Whether you are commuting before sunrise, working after dark, or traveling through fog, rain, or fading daylight, Phoslite adds another layer of low-light visibility.

PROFESSIONAL RESCUE TECHNOLOGY

Be Searchable with RECCO®

Select Mobile Warming® snow and outdoor garments feature an integrated RECCO® reflector that makes the wearer searchable by professional rescue teams equipped with RECCO detectors.

RECCO technology uses a two-part system. A detector carried by rescuers sends out a directional radar signal. When that signal reaches the reflector integrated into the garment, it is returned to the detector and helps direct rescuers toward the wearer’s location.

The passive reflector requires no battery, charging, activation, or maintenance. Once integrated into the garment, it is always ready to function as an additional tool for professional search and rescue.

**RECCO® technology is an additional search-and-rescue tool. It does not prevent avalanches, guarantee location or rescue, or replace an avalanche transceiver, probe, shovel, companion-rescue skills, appropriate training, or responsible decision-making in the backcountry.

COMFORT

Comfort: Performance You Feel All Day

Comfort comes from more than warmth alone. Mobile Warming® garments combine thoughtfully selected fabrics, specialized material technologies, and movement-focused construction to help you stay comfortable through long workdays, active adventures, and everyday cold-weather use.

From moisture and odor management to soft-touch fabrics, natural Merino wool blends, and flexible stretch materials, every detail is selected to improve how the garment feels, fits, and performs throughout the day.

Odorsheer™ Anti-Odor Technology

Odorsheer™ technology helps control odor at its source by inhibiting the growth of odor-causing microbes within the fabric. This helps garments stay fresher through extended wear, physical activity, and repeated use between washes.

Fieldsheer currently uses Odorsheer on heated baselayers, socks, insoles, vests, and other products intended for close-to-body or extended wear.

Zapsheer™ Anti-Static Technology

Zapsheer™ technology integrates conductive fibers into select fabrics and linings to help dissipate static electricity. This reduces uncomfortable static buildup, cling, and minor static discharge during everyday wear.

Less static. More comfortable layering.

Sweatsheer™ Moisture-Wicking Technology

Sweatsheer™ technology uses moisture-wicking materials and breathable mesh construction to pull perspiration away from the skin and encourage faster evaporation.

By helping manage moisture as your activity level changes, Sweatsheer supports a drier, more comfortable environment inside the garment. Fieldsheer uses Sweatsheer moisture-wicking mesh liners in heated baselayers, hoodies, jackets, and vests.

Merino Wool Blends

Merino wool fibers provide natural warmth, breathability, and moisture management in a remarkably soft, lightweight material. Unlike heavier traditional wool, fine Merino blends can be comfortably worn close to the skin.

Used in select heated socks and baselayers, Merino wool helps regulate comfort as temperatures and activity levels change while providing an efficient foundation for active heat. Fieldsheer currently uses Merino wool blends in heated socks and close-to-body baselayers.
